Following recent advice from the Environment Agency, the club has removed 400lb. of small Roach from the lake and put them into Newmillerdam. This will help reduce the demand for oxygen during warm weather conditions. Further advice was to restore the balance of the species by introducing 150lb. of larger Tench and 150lb. of Crucian Carp. During the netting process, 11 Carp between 6lb. and 12lb. were captured and released back into the lake.
