The first match of the season for the John Crowther Memorial
trophy,(Individual League) was held at Newmillerdam on Wednesday 23rd
June 2010.
These matches are draw 6-00pm and fish 6-45pm till 9-15pm

The
first match was a respectable win for Neil
Stead who managed to bring 12lb--05oz to the net in just two and
a half hours, all taken on the feeder.
Neil Mallinson was hard on his heels, with
11lb--11oz.also on the feeder.
With Newmillerdam just starting to
wake up after a long hard winter I think that we can expect some
brilliant weights in just two and a half hours.once the Roach begin to
respond to the Pole
